New GoDaddy User Updates

godaddy New GoDaddy User UpdatesWhen it comes to web hosting, a company like GoDaddy can't afford not to pay attention to customer service. In the past, the massive cheap hosting giant has come under some fire for service mishaps, but, let's be real here – the bigger the company, the more fire. It's just the way the cookie crumbles. Still, GoDaddy strives to make things better, and that's just what the company has accomplished with new user dashboard updates.

New GoDaddy Updates

In a press release issued to GoDaddy clients, the company reiterates how crucial clients are to the brand. This is far from being a lie, since a company like GoDaddy can't survive without its clients (heck, no company can). GoDaddy has decided to “streamline” its site from start to finish as of late.

If you're a GoDaddy client, here's what you'll find:

  • Changes to Outright Bookkeeping
  • Alterations to Website Builder
  • Updates to social media
  • Paperwork management upgrades

All of these things have been improved upon in order to make user experience better, and that's a step in the right direction for GoDaddy.

New GoDaddy User Updates: The Size of It!

Right now, GoDaddy is the biggest domain and web host provider – that's a pretty big deal. If GoDaddy wants to stay on top, the company needs to keep coming up with improvements to the site. GoDaddy claims that the company has been trying to keep up with what users want, but I'm curious: what do GoDaddy users want?

If you happen to be a GoDaddy user, let the company know what you want. This way, changes can be made to the overall experience, and you'll benefit in the long run. GoDaddy isn't the only company constantly working to make user experiences better. Google is one of the best when it comes to perfecting services and platforms.

New GoDaddy User Updates: Lessons From Corporate Giants

Love them or hate them, there are some certain lesson that you can learn from the big boys. If you currently run a small hosting company, you can take lots of notes from GoDaddy (alright, not all of those notes are positive, but most of them are).

Keep your clients in mind at all times. The client isn't always right (really, they're not), but you should strive to give your clients what they want. The other lesson to be learned is never to let well enough alone. Improvements can always be made to any service. GoDaddy may not have a perfect record, but the company is doing lots of things right – otherwise, it simply wouldn't be the biggest hosting provider in the world, would it?

I know that GoDaddy isn't perfect, and you do too, but there are some benefits to hosting with this company. If you love or hate or are indifferent about GoDaddy, let me know below. You never know: a GoDaddy rep could be watching your comments, and the next updates might be right in line with what you want!
