HOW OUR RESELLER SOLUTION WORKS

  1. Sign up for a reseller account with us.
    No setup fees or deposits are required to start using our reseller hosting solution. Our reseller solution fits any budget because it is absolutely FREE!
  2. Set up your reseller account.
    Our reseller hosting control panel is web-based, allowing you convenient access to your accounts through a simple interface. You have the ability to modify everything with a few clicks only and your reseller website can be modified in real time. A screen shot of the reseller Control Panel is available here.
  3. Select the services you'd like to offer.
    You are free to decide what services you would like to resell. You can resell all our services  (web hosting plans and domain names) or you can resell a single web hosting plan only. You can determine the prices at which you will resell our services.
  4. Set up your reseller website and find a way to promote it.
    After the signup you will be provided with a web address that you can start using immediately. You can build your reseller website quickly using the control panel menu. You can also host your domains on our servers at no additional cost and create and use additional e-mail accounts for these domains.
  5. Promote your reseller website and find customers for the services you are offering.
    You can determine the appropriate way to promote your reseller website and the services you offer. Find your prospective customers and persuade them to sign up for . the services that you offer. The next thing you have to do is to collect your commission :).
  6. How will your services look from your customer's perspective?
    Your customers will never know that you are just a reseller. They will see your website and respectively your href=”#prices”>prices. You must set basic and additional service prices from your reseller control panel. Your customers will receive their account login information in their e-mail inboxes sent by SupremeCenter.com. The end user will have access to 3rd party members' area at http://www.supremecenter.com/ and will be provided with 3rd party 24/7 support by ProperSupport.com . Your customers will be able to upgrade their accounts quickly and with ease. For
    every service upgrade you will make a profit depending on the prices that you have set.
  7. Check the sales reports for more information about how your business is doing.

  8. Receive your commission.
    You will receive a bank wire or a check from ResellersPanel every month after the first payment. Here is how to select the way we will pay you.

STEP-BY-STEP MANUAL ON HOW TO SET UP YOUR RESELLER ACCOUNT

  1. Sign up, check your e-mail address for your account information and log in to your reseller account.
  2. Select the services you'd like to resell:href=”#offer”>Select services to resell
  3. Select the service(s) to be displayed on the starting page: Products displayed on the Index page (bottom)
  4. Edit the yearly prices for each service:href=”#prices”>Edit Products Prices
  5. Edit the prices for the additional services that you will offer: href=”#upgrades”>Edit Upgrades
  6. Enter your Reseller (Hosting) Name: Reseller Name
  7. Select a Template for your website:href=”#template”>Template
  8. Edit the meta tags for best performance in the Search engines: href=”#metatags”>Edit meta-tags
  9. Select the appearance of the hosting service(s) you offer in your websites (adjust the main service features): href=”#plan”>Sort Features
  10. Redesign your website by adding Text, Pictures (banners) or HTML at the href=”#header”>topor/and at the href=”#footer”>bottomof the pages.

RESELLER CONTROL PANEL MENU SERVICES SETTINGS

Service Offerings
From this section you can choose the services that you will  resell and the services that will be advertised on your main page. You have the following choices:

Select services to offer – check the checkboxes in front of the services you would like to resell. You have the following choices:

  1. Sell web hosting with domain name (each service with a separate price).
  2. Sell web hosting with free domain name included – click here for more information.
  3. Sell web hosting only.

Products displayed on the Index page – select which of the services that you resell, will be displayed on your Reseller front page.

Edit Products Prices
In this section you must set the price for each of the services you have decided to offer. Just fill in the service prices in the field and click the ‘Save Settings' button at the bottom of the page. Your profit will be automatically calculated and displayed under ‘Profit'.

Edit Upgrades
In this section you must set the prices of the additional services you offer. Just fill in the service prices in the field and click the ‘Save Settings' button at the bottom of the page. Your profit will be automatically calculated and displayed under ‘Profit'.

MISC ORDERS

Manual Order
Make manual orders of web hosting accounts and domain names at wholesale prices. Fill in the details about the hosting account owner in the appropriate fields and ‘Submit' the form. The account will be activated immediately!

Once you finalize the order, login information will be sent to the e-mail address given in the form. The e-mail address can be modified later from the Control Panel. You can order any of the web hosting plans with or without domain name registration. The domain will be registered using the information provided in the form.

Direct Order Form
You can build the Direct Order Form into your own website if you host your website with a different hosting provider..Please note that you can directly use the example provided on the order page, but you can also customize the layout of the Direct Order Form using the parameters marked in RED. All of  these parameters can be changed. Each parameter is described in the Parameters section.

Manual Renewal
All resellers have the ability to renew their clients' web hosting accounts manually through the “Manual Renewal”section of the Resellers Panel Control Panel. For example, if a client should forget to renew the purchased hosting account due to any reason this can lead to his domain name expiring. His reseller can decide to renew the clients' account and domain name registration at the wholesale price directly from the “Manual Renewal”section, which is located on the left part of the page above “Direct Order Form” and below “Manual Order” from the Reseller Control Panel.

Domain Search Form
You can build the Domain Search Form into your own website if you host your website with a different hosting provider. Please note that you can directly use the example provided on the order page, but you can also customize the layout of the Domain Search Form using the parameters marked in RED. All of these parameters can be changed. Each parameter is described in the Parameters section.

Remote Templates
You can select different designs (templates and colour schemes) for a direct order form and the domain search form. The HTML code for remote emplates is different from the one in the Direct Order and Domain Search Form sections of the Control Panel, so its possible to have both on different sites.
Screenshots of every design are featured so it would be easier for you to decide which design to use.

Please note that you can use directly the example at the bottom, but for best layout and best performace it is good to customize your order form using
the parameters in RED. You will find an explanation of every single parameter by following the the Click for Explanation link.

Custom Login Form
You can implement the Custom Login Form onto your own web site (hosted on ours or an outside server). This will be the members login area from where your customers will be able to access their hosting accounts. Paste the HTML code into the source of your web page.

You just have to replace http://www.yourdomain/login.html with the URL of the page containing the Client Login Form as the client will be redirected to this URL in case of wrong login.

STATS AND REPORTS

View Sales Reports
In order to see your sales statistics you must select a period. Select the Start and the End dates of the period and click the ‘View report for this period' button.
Units: See the number of the service purchases and refunds registered.
Retail: This is the total price of the purchases your customers have made.
Wholesale: This is the price of the services (the units above) you have purchased from us.
Commission
: Retail – Wholesales = Commission. This will be your profit. We will send these money to you using the payment method you have chosen.

View Payment History
See statistics on all commission payments we have transferred to your account. You can see monthly or daily statistics.

View Clients
See a list of all your clients. Click on the username to see your customers' personal and account details.
Resellers now have to option to login to their clients' accounts. Every reseller can log into the hosting accounts of each of his or her clients if this is ever necessary for any reason.
To do so, resellers have to use the “View Clients” section from the Reseller Control Panel “Stats and Reports” section. This section lists all of the users resold accounts. On the far right side of the client table is a “Login” link. This link gives the reseller the opportunity to log directly into the account of your client.

View Affiliates
Here is an URL available that you could use to bring resellers through your website and get 10% of every sale these resellers make. We have put
some banner scripts that might help you promote ResellersPanel.com .
You can also see a list of all the affiliate resellers that have signed up through your website and the sales they are making.

Traffic Stats
You can see full statistics for the hits your reseller website has registered for the last 40 days. You can see overall and daily stats about referrer
pages and the unique hits and the page reloads your reseller websites registers.

WEB INTERFACE SETTINGS

Reseller Hosting Name (Reseller Name)
This is the place where you set the name of your reseller website.
If there is no text, image or HTML inserted in the Edit Header section then your Reseller Name will appear at the top of every page. The name is required
and you cannot leave this field blank.

Template
You can select which design to use for your website with the Template Manager.
We have taken a screen shot of every design to make it easier for you to decide, which design you want to use. All website settings, prices and links will remain the same no matter which design you choose.
Select a template and click the ‘Submit' button to select this template for your website.

Edit Meta-tags
Setting your own meta-tags will give you a unique rating with all search engines. The more targeted keywords you use, the better the rating
you receive. However, good rating is not guaranteed by search  engines and they keep the formula, they use to calculate ratings, secret. Sometimes it is just a matter of good luck getting into the first few ranks.
If you decide to edit the meta-tags, then you should fill out at least one field from each category.
If you need to remove the meta tags, then you should delete all fields from all categories.

Sort Features
Here you can reorder the appearance of the hosting plan features on your website.
Depending on your customers' needs you can select which hosting features to be displayed first and which are not so important. Note that you will not change the hosting plan itself – just the appearance of the hosting service features on your reseller website.

Edit Header
You can add custom text, a banner image or custom HTML code to appear at the top of all pages of your website. If you leave this section blank, the script will insert your Reseller Name at the top of the web pages.

Edit Footer
This section allows you to add text, a banner image or custom HTML at the bottom of every page of your website. If you leave these field blank, there will be nothing at the bottom of the pages of your website.

Edit Menu Links
This section allows you to customize a small menu with up to three buttons. You should choose the name and link connected to the button. If
you leave these field blank, there will be no menu displayed.

Edit Contacts
This is the place where you set your website contact information. This information will be displayed in the “Contact us” page of your reseller website. Make sure that you fill in your details correctly. If you do not want to use E-mail, ICQ or a Phone number, just leave the fields corresponding fields empty.

SITE MANAGER
You can host one or more domain names for your reseller website with your account.
If you do not intend to use a domain name that you already own, your website will be given an URL with our domain automatically.
A new e-mail address of the kind, sales@domain.com, will also be created for you.

Domain Manager
The reseller system allows you to host multiple domain names and set passwords for your e-mail accounts.
If you already own a domain name, just change its nameservers setting and add it in the correspondent field along with the e-mail password. Default e-mail address (sales@domain.com) will be created. Additional email aliases can be added later.

Domain Name Registration: If you do not have a domain name you can purchase one from us for $8.00. In order to do that just enter the domain
name of your choice (it must be available) and the  mailbox password. You will see a checkbox with the text “Check this box to register the domain
name”. Check this box and the domain order form will appear. Fill in the form correctly and hit ‘Submit Query' to order it.

Email Aliases Manager
Create or delete e-mail addresses or set a new mailbox password.

Default e-mail address sales@domain.com can be accessed via POP3 using the following information:
POP3 server: mail.supremecenter.com
SMTP server: mail.supremecenter.com
Username: domain.com
Password: the password which you have set in “Change mailbox password”
Note: The SMTP server requires authentication.

Add email alias
You can create additional email aliases (such as webmaster@domain.com and so on). The username and password will be as follows:
Username:
domain.com
Password: the password which you have set in “Change mailbox
password”

Delete emails

Select the checkboxes in front of the e-mail aliases you would like to delete and click the “Delete Selected” button.

Change mailbox password
Enter the password needed for accessing all the e-mail addresses (aliases) you have created in your account.
Then hit “Change password”.

Note: Make sure that you have entered one and the same password in both fields. Otherwise your password will not be changed.

Change Account Details
Please fill in your personal details carefully. This is required for payments and correspondence between you and our sales department and must be completely accurate.

Change Payment Details
Select the way you want to receive your commission and set the minimum amount of these payments.

» When your commission reaches the amount selected by you, we will send you the payment.

» You can select between Check or Bank Wire payments. If you select Check you do not need to fill in the fields below. If you select Bank Wire you
must correctly fill your details in the corresponding fields of the form.

Note: Please make sure that the information you enter on this page is accurate. If any of the information is inaccurate you might not be able to receive the payments that we send you.

Account Setup

Q: How much do I pay for becoming a reseller?
A: Becoming a reseller is absolutely FREE. You sign up for FREE, get a FREE account and set it up for FREE.

Q: Do I have to pay for hosting my domain with the reseller account or for using the e-mail address?
A: No. You can use these services for FREE.

Q: How long will my account setup take?
A: It depends on you, but you can do all your account and website setup in 2 minutes.

Q: When will my account become active?
A: As soon as, you submit the sign up form your account will become active. You will receive instructions on your e-mail address.

Q: I cannot sign up, because I receive ‘Invalid reseller' error message?
A: Most probably, you have entered an invalid username (containing invalid characters) or the username is already taken.
Please try again with another username (using lower case letters only) and if the problem persists, contact the support and send them your sign up information, so they could clarify the problem and sign you up.
Billing

Q: How much do I pay for becoming a reseller?
A: Becoming a reseller is absolutely FREE. You sign up for FREE, get a FREE account and set it up for FREE. You will have to make a payment only in case that you want to register a domain name for your reseller website.

Q: How much does the hosting of my reseller website (store) cost?
A: We will host your reseller website for FREE.

Q: How many clients can I sign up with one reseller account?
A: You can sign up an unlimited number of clients.

Q: How can I receive my commission?
A: You will receive your commission by check or via wire transfer. You must specify the way of payment that you prefer
from the ‘Change Payment Details' menu in the control panel.

Q: How often will I receive my commission?
A: When your commission reaches the amount you have set as the ‘Release level' in the ‘Change Payment Details' your wire transfer or check will be sent to you. You can check the dates on which the checks will be sent in the TOS page.

Q: Do I receive only one commission per client?
A: You will receive a commission on every payment your client makes. It does not matter whether the payment will be for renewal of the hosting account or for upgrading the account – you will receive a commission.

Q: How long will I receive commissions? 
A: As long as, your clients use our services you will receive commissions from the payments they make. Maybe for a lifetime 🙂
Domains

Q: Do I need to have a domain name for my website?
A: No, it is not obligatory. By default, you will be provided with a web address which you can access by selecting the ‘Visit Store' link at the top-right corner of the control panel.

Q: Can I use a domain name instead of the web address you have given me?
A: Yes, you can use a domain name that you already own or purchase a new one for the purpose.

Q: I have my a domain name of my own. How can use it on my website?
A: You just have to enter your domain name into the ‘Domain Manager' and change the nameservers (DNS) of the domain name to point to our nameserver.

Q: Will my domain name become active immediately after I add it to my reseller account?
A: No, it will become active after the nameservers (DNS) are updated. This update usually takes up to 24 hours after the DNS change request.

Q: Do I have to pay for hosting my domain with the reseller account or for using the e-mail address?
A: No. You can use these services for FREE.

Q: I do not have a domain name. How can I get one and how much will it cost?
A: You can purchase a domain name from the Domain Manager section. The yearly price of a domain name is $8.00. We are selling domain names at this price to resellers only. Just “Check the box to register the domain name”, fill in the form accurately and submit it.

Q: Why can't I purchase one of the domain names that you offer for $4.00. Why should I pay $16.00 for a domain name?
A: The $4.00 price is valid only if the domain name is being ordered together with a web hosting plan. That is why the price is so low. You can register  Domain names for your own needs at a yearly price of $16.00 only.
