Ananova:

Ananova video reports can now be viewed with Windows Media Player, as well as Real Player.

Up until now our video bulletins have been streamed to users only through the Real Player version 8 basic.

Now you can choose to view Ananova video reports in either Windows or Real.

When you go to the video reports page you can click on the summary, regular, light, quirky and sport video report links and our pop-up video player will offer you the choice of Windows or Real Player.

Microsoft browsers will have Windows Media Player already installed, so if you use Windows there should be no need to download anything.

If you have been using Real Player to watch Ananova video reports, this will still be your default player.

However, you can switch between the two players at any time.

And, if you have any problems or questions there's a user-friendly help on the video homepage.

At present the Windows Media Player will only be available to people using Internet Explorer. We hope to offer this option to Netscape users in the near future.
